Hannah Williams & the Tastemakers  _ Do whatever makes you feel hot
on stage_
Live at Exotique Music Festival - San Felice Circeo, Italy - August  2012

The daughter of a musically gifted minister, Hannah Williams AKA Deep Soul's Funkiest New Diva was immersed in soulful music from the day she was born. Her first single, an independently released 45 on Mondegreen Records, reached out into the soul scene and drew praise from Sharon Jones & The Dap Kings, Charles Bradley, Craig Charles on his BBC radio show and various labels and promoters.
There’s a sultriness in Hannah Williams voice that exudes sexuality. The raspy voice screaming the vocals with such passion that you can’t help but get a little excited. The sounds are reminiscent of Sam Cooke, Aretha Franklin and Dusty Springfield, it is a cross between ‘70’s Blaxploitation funk and ‘60’s soul.
